Returns and Refund Policy

This policy applies to wholesale orders placed with Nutritional Resources Inc. (dba Health Wise).

Food safety

Because we sell food products, we cannot accept returns of correctly supplied items once they have shipped. This protects the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

We will replace or credit any product that arrives damaged, defective, or not matching your order. To make a claim, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the affected goods and outer packaging.

Shortages

Report any shortage or discrepancy against your packing slip within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve it.
