Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern wholesale orders placed with Nutritional Resources Inc. (dba Health Wise), Grovetown, Georgia ("NRI", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Wholesale orders only

This site sells to businesses on a wholesale basis. Products are sold in full case quantities only, with a minimum order value of $250 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless stated. Prices may change without notice. Payment terms are as stated at checkout or in your account agreement.

3. Product information

Ingredient, allergen, and nutrition information is provided in good faith and may be updated as formulations change. Buyers reselling our products are responsible for confirming current label information before resale.

4. Manufacturing

Products are manufactured in an FDA-registered, SQF-certified facility in Grovetown, Georgia.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NRI's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the purchase price of the affected products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
